1. How will I receive my digital tools? Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email from our partner, Gumroad, with a link to your secure download. You can also access your files at any time through your Gumroad library. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, please check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folder—sometimes the email filters gets a bit over-enthusiastic!

2. What software do I need to use these files? Our audits and guides are delivered as high-quality PDFs. You can open them on any device (Mac, PC, iPhone, or Android) using a standard web browser or a free PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat. For the moms who prefer a tactile experience, these are also designed to be "printer-friendly" so you can work through them with pen and paper during a quiet moment.

3. Can I use these on my tablet or iPad? Absolutely. Many of our mothers prefer to "bridge the split" by using a tablet. You can import our PDFs into apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or even the native Books app to highlight, write, and plan digitally.

4. What is your refund policy? Due to the digital nature of our tools, all sales are final. However, your journey toward balance is our goal—if you encounter any issues or feel the product wasn't what you expected, please reach out to us at focus@roseandceleste.com.
