How do I receive my digital files?

Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, your secure download links will appear right on your checkout confirmation screen. Ecwid will also instantly send a copy of those download links directly to your email inbox so you can access your digital purchases right away!

Do I need a special app to use these tools?

No special apps required. All our digital products are delivered as high-resolution, universal PDFs. They can be opened, viewed, and read effortlessly on any smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Do you offer returns on digital items?

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations. However, your satisfaction and daily workflow are our top priorities—if you run into any technical issues or have questions, please reach out to us at focus@roseandceleste.com and we will happily make it right!

How long does shipping take for Print-on-Demand merchandise?

Each item is custom-printed just for you! Processing and printing take 2–5 business days, and standard shipping typically adds another 3–5 business days. You will automatically receive a tracking link via email the second your package leaves our printing warehouse.

Do you accept returns for Print-on-Demand items?

Because each piece of apparel and merchandise is custom-made to order, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please send a photo of the issue to focus@roseandceleste.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will work with our print partner to send you a free replacement.

How do I find my perfect fit?

Sizing varies depending on the specific apparel style you choose:

• T-Shirts & Sweatshirts: These items are unisex, offering a beautifully soft, relaxed retail fit. For a standard look, women usually find their typical size gives a perfectly comfortable, relaxed fit, while men generally prefer their usual size. If you love a cozy, trendy, extra-roomy vibe, we suggest sizing up 1–2 sizes!

• Hoodies: Our hoodies are not unisex and feature a unique, dedicated cut.

• Tip: Because fit types differ between items, please double-check the exact measurements on the specific size chart graphic included inside each product's photos before ordering.
