• Digital Resources (Planners, Journals, and Digital Files): Due to the instant, downloadable nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. Once download links are generated, the purchase cannot be canceled or returned.

• Graphic Merchandise & Apparel (Mugs, Clothing, and Accessories): Every physical product in our shop is custom-printed to order just for you. Because we do not hold physical inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

• Damaged or Misprinted Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error from our fulfillment warehouse, we want to make it right! Please contact us at focus@roseandceleste.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will happily arrange a free replacement.
